While this is the most impressive waterfall in the canyon, its also the most stubborn in terms of visibility. There is really only one place to photograph the falls and that's along the catwalk section of the trail where it passes by the falls on top of the cliffs. Part of the falls is obscured by the shape of the canyon at that point. The falls face northeast and are in a wide open canyon. Best light in the morning and early afternoon.
