Copper Creek Falls
   Skamania County, Washington

[ Physical Makeup ]  [ Pictures ]  [ Maps ]  [ Update History ]

This waterfall is pretty, but it's definitely not the most impressive waterfall around. Low stream flow limits the quality periods to the spring melt, and during or after prolonged rainfall. Though the falls are a good study for photographers in low water, it's just not all that alluring. The pool at the base of the falls may make a excellent dipping hole if there are no logs obstructing.

HISTORY AND NAMING INFORMATION

  • Copper Creek Falls is the Official name of this waterfall.

LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS

easy access

Located along the Middle Lewis River Falls trail system, southwest of Mt. Adams, off of Lewis River Road # 90. Hike along the trail that parallels the road for several hundred feet (on the left side of the parking area) to a bridge crossing above the falls.
