This waterfall is situated in the drainage of a small, unnamed stream which flows off the south face of the Cowlitz Chimneys and into Boulder Creek. The falls are thought to be very seasonal, but while flowing, may be visible across the valley from the Wonderland Trail in the vicinity of Indian Bar.
