This waterfall can be seen from the large parking lot at the Alpental Ski area at Snoqualmie Pass (Snow Lake trailhead). The falls cascade off of Cave Ridge, hence the name. I doubt they flow year round, but like it's sister to the North, Alpental Falls, if it does flow year round, it'll be pretty sad in the summer months. Apparently, the boot path that leads to the top of Cave Ridge passes right next to this waterfall. However, I've been told that the only portion of the falls visible from the bottom is the very last drop (a teeny bit of the top of which can be seen here), though it may be possible to climb around for better views.
- Cave Ridge Falls is the name of this waterfall.
The falls are located at the Alpental area of Snoqualmie Pass. Exit Interstate 90 at the Alpental / Commonwealth Creek area exit (1st exit at the Pass when coming from the west) and turn onto Alpental Road. Drive about 1.25 miles to the large parking area at the Alpental Ski area, where the falls can be easily seen across the road high on the mountainside. The Cave Ridge path leaves the road almost directly across the street (not sure where).
