Pringle Falls is the first major waterfall along the Deschutes River. The falls are said to be a series of cascades dropping 25 vertical feet, though this occurs over a run of 850 feet of the river. Though Forest Service Road 48 crosses the Deschutes River above the falls and a road sign marks the falls by name, the actual falls are located downstream of the bridge and cannot be seen from the road. Both sides of the river along the falls are lined with private property and as a result there is no public access to the waterfall at all.
- Pringle Falls is the Official name of this waterfall.
