Swan Falls   (Innundated)

This is the suspected site of Swan Falls, now submerged beneath the Swan Falls Reservoir. The Swan Falls Dam was built in 1901 and is the oldest dam along the Snake River. We suspect the falls it has supplanted were nothing more than minor rapids given the modest height of the dam itself.
