Rustic Falls is usually the first waterfall encountered along the network of trails in Moran State Park on Orcas Island. The falls drop all of about 10 feet (probably less) into a small pool and are the smallest of the four named waterfalls along Cascade Creek (though it is more interesting than Hidden Falls further upstream).

Cascade Falls are found in Moran State Park on Orcas Island. From the Ferry dock at East Sound, follow the main road around the Island for 14 miles to the Mount Constitution Road, turning left. Park at the marked trailhead about 1/4 mile further. Rustic Falls are found by hiking down to Cascade Creek in about 500 feet.
