Bacus Falls   (Posted)
   Skagit County, Washington

[ Physical Makeup ]  [ Pictures ]  [ Maps ]  [ Update History ]

This waterfall occurs along private property, just off of Highway 20 near the towns of Hamilton and Lyman. The falls are seasonal, fan-shaped and stand about 45 feet tall. Formerly visible from Highway 20, the landowner has planted shrubs along the fence line of the property which now makes viewing the falls from the road impossible. This isn't that great of a waterfall anyway, so no big loss. Don't waste your time with this one unless you happen to know the owners of the property and you can get yourself invited to dinner.
