Weber Falls lies about four-tenths of a mile upstream from where the Jackman Creek Road crosses over Weber Creek. The USGS Lake Shannon 7-1/2" quadrangle labels a waterfall on Weber Creek just upstream from the road, however this seems almost certain to be a mapping error; the falls on Weber Creek are not at all visible from the road, but the unnamed drainage features Little Weber Falls (see link below) just above the road and this is probably the source of the falls marked on the map.
