This waterfall occurs below tiny Cultus Lake near Monte Cristo. Whether this is actually a substantial waterfall or not, I do not know (I suspect its very lacking in stature). Its mentioned in Bob Mooers' "Waterfall Finders Guide: Western Washington Volume 1".
